Innovation is evident in this story that comes out of Cedar Springs, Michigan. Two men, recently laid off due to the economic turmoil, have created what people are now dubbing “sharkwater liquor.” The men have started an alcohol mixing business. Their sharkwater liquor creation contains a mixture of vodka alongside tropical drink additives.
The innovators behind sharkwater liquor, Jeff DeYoung and Don Rodgers, claim to have given birth to the idea some 2 years ago. After they were both laid off, they saw sufficient reason to put their sharkwater liquor plan into action. They both do agree that their business decision was a bit of a risk, however, it was agreeably one well worth taken.
Sharkwater liquor started in its infancy as an activity both men and their wives would partake in while entertaining visitors. They would mix drinks and serve them to guests. The guests all liked the sharkwater liquor, which was a driving force in the formration of their newlyfound business.
After some research, the two men found a distillery in their area that agreed to bottle their drink. Sharkwater liquor is a 40-proof beverage that is alleged to have a “bite.” Sharkwater liquor will hits store shelves sometime next month, and both men are optimistic about their product.
We will be keeping close tabs on this Sharkwater liquor, and will let everyone know when it is available for purchase.
