Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh had launched www.ap.gov.in/Gazette for the sake of E-Gazette.This is as per the new technological advancement as preparing notifications and their

publishing requires a lot of paper work.

Gazette Generation by Department:

1. Preparatory work: Keep GAZETTE pdf file ready on desk top of your computer.

2. Visit www.ap.gov.in/Gazette

a. User Name: Enter your Login Name

b. Password: Enter your password

c. Click “Login”

3. Click “GAZETTE Generation” on Main Menu

a. Department: System will populate itself

b. Gazette Type: Select from List

c. Gazette Category: Select from List

d. Gazette Number: Enter Gazette number here

e. Gazette Date: Enter Gazette Date in DDMMYYYY format

f. Job Number: Enter job number here

g. ABSTRACT: Enter Abstract of Gazette here

h. Browse Gazette: Click “Browse”

i. Select the Gazette pdf File at Desk Top

ii. Click “Open”

iii. Click “Check the Text”. This is to ensure that correct Gazette text is uploaded. If text is OK, proceed further. Otherwise again Click Browse and repeat steps h(i) to j(iii)

iv. Click “Upload the Gazette”. Click OK . System will display message, “ Gazette …. successfully”

4. Click “Log out ” to exit application

5. Click Help to view Help

To view the

Help For Viewing Gazette:

1. Visit www.ap.gov.in/Gazette

2. Click View Gazette on Main Menu. Select at least ONE parameter for fast search.

a. Issuing Authority: Select from List. If no Authority is selected, System will display Gazette of All authorities

b. Gazette Type: Select from List. If no Type is selected, System will display Gazette of All Types.

c. Gazette Category: Select from List. If no Category is selected, System will display Gazette of All Category

d. Gazette No: Enter Gazette number if you know. Otherwise leave it blank

e. Gazette Date From and TO: Enter definite Date if you know in DDMMYYYY format (For example 01032008 for 01-03-2008). Otherwise enter Range, From Date To Date. If you keep To Date as Blank, system will display Gazettes up to Current date.

f. Search Text: You can enter Search Text here. System will search for these words in ABSTRACT of Gazette but not in Text Body of Gazette

g. Click Search. System will display Gazette(s) which meets the selected parameters

h. Click “select” of Relevant Gazette record to view and print.

i. Click Log Out to exit application

j. Click Help to view Help
